We use only the finest of products without the use of wax or petroleum. Our main oils are, tea tree, rosemary, lavender & peppermint. Distilled water is used if requested.

Nature Waves came into existence 15yrs ago due to the increasing demand for chemical-free hairstyling for the black hair.
Hair care manufacturers have not made products that have proven safe for the black hair and mainstream media promotes the 'ideal and standard of beauty' as having 'long straight' (preferably blond) hair. Today many black women, and some men, around the world have suffered from hair thinning, patches that will not grow over and baldness (alopecia).
At Nature Waves we believe that each individual is as unique and his/her locs & hair. Our products correspond with the season and the needs of individual clients. Locs are  washed in a rosemary /burdock solution, an antiseptic agent.
